Tunnel Rats
There are at least two artists known as Tunnel Rats:
1) Tunnel Rats are a California-based underground rap collective formed in 1993, particularly known for challenging the conventions of commercial hip-hop. The group's original approach to rhyming, beat-making, and songwriting made it well-known on the west coast, and amongst fans of hip-hop with a Christian or biblical worldview. They've appeared on albums by artists such as Mars III, DJ Maj, Coalition, Deepspace 5, and GRITS, not to mention member projects such as LPG, New Breed (Macho and Elsie), and Peace 586. Membership has included the artists LPG, Future Shock, Peace 586, New Breed, Sev Statik, Raphi (aka Shames Worthy), Zane, Dert, Propaganda, Dokument, and Griffin, amongst others.
2) Tunnel Rats are a New Hampshire-based punk band known for their wild shows and patriotic lyrics. Part of the Confederacy of Scum genre.
